Privacy policy

LetsMove is an Irish rental search tool. It lets you search publicly available advertisements from Daft.ie, Rent.ie, MyHome.ie, Property.ie and MyHousing.ie. This policy explains what we process when you use the site.

Who is responsible

The operator of LetsMove is the data controller for personal data processed on this website. Contact: lkraka2000@gmail.com.

What we process

Search details you type — location, rent range, bedrooms and which sites to query. We use these only to run that search.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, date/time and pages requested. Our host (Vercel) and our server logs may keep this for security and to keep the site working.
Listing content we show you — addresses, prices, photos and phone numbers already published on the source websites. We do not add private contact details. We request those pages and photos on your behalf so results can be displayed.
Place marker — “Mark place” stays in your browser for that visit only. It is cleared on a new search or refresh. We do not store it on our server.

We do not currently create accounts, send marketing email, or sell your data.

Cookies and similar tech

The core search does not need an account cookie. If we later use Google AdSense or analytics, those services may set cookies. In the EEA we will only use non-essential cookies with your consent, and we will update this page.

We load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may see your IP address when the font files are requested. See Google’s privacy policy.

Third parties

Listing sites — your search is used to query Daft.ie, Rent.ie, MyHome.ie, Property.ie and MyHousing.ie (or their public APIs/feeds). Their own policies apply to their sites.
Hosting — Vercel, Inc. processes requests to run and deliver the site.
Ads (if enabled) — Google AdSense may process device and usage data to show ads. See Google’s advertising privacy.

Legal bases (GDPR)

We process this data to provide the service you ask for (search), to run and secure the website (legitimate interests), and, where required, with your consent (optional cookies/ads).

How long we keep it

Search requests are not stored as a user profile. Host and security logs are kept only as long as needed to operate the site, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or UK you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email lkraka2000@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

Children

The site is not aimed at children under 16.
